How to make Cinnamon Roasted Almonds:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Lightly beat your egg white. Add water and continue to beat until frothy.

Add nuts to a large mixing bowl with egg whits and mix until well coated. Add in sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon. Toss to coat then spread out on your prepare baking sheet.

Bake for 1 hour stiring every 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool then serve.
