Crispy Airfryer Salmon Bites

A fun new way to enjoy salmon, high in protein and healthy fats

Ingredients:

140g of salmon

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp of siracha

1 1/2 tbsp of honey

Method:

  1. Cut your salmon into chunks, and season with the onion powder, garlic powder and paprika.
  2. At the same time, in a dish, mix your garlic, honey and siracha.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the airfryer, and cover them with half the glaze.
  4. Cook in aifryer for 9 minutes at 195°C.
  5. Remove from airfryer and cover with remaining glaze.
  6. Serve with your favorites, such as freshly steamed broccoli or rice.
