Happy November, and Happy first weekly meal plan post of Thanksgiving month! How did that happen?!

This week, we have a great veggie option for your Meatless Monday followed by lots of comforting meaty dishes.

Our extras this week are a Day of the Dead Cake (make that guy today!) and decadent pumpkin caramel cream cheese swirled brownies. Oh my!

Let’s take a little stroll through the menu before we get right to it, friends.

We have baked broccoli veggie cakes for you as well as ready in a flash rigatoni with hearty meat sauce.

Get ready to enjoy some Southern chicken and dumplings on Wednesday followed by ground beef pies. Who doesn’t love a savory pie? And pies you can pick up? Even better!

End the work week with delicious lamb meatballs, and don’t miss the chocolate cake or the pumpkin swirl brownies.
