WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet dry active yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter - cold, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup water
- 1 egg
These rolls are soft, fluffy, and the perfect compliment to any meal.
HOW DO I MAKE EASY HOMEMADE CROISSANTS:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
Add butter to the dry ingredients. Use either a pastry cutter or two knives, to cut the butter until small pieces remain.

In a separate bowl or cup, mix together the milk, water and egg. Add to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms. Cover and chill for 1 hr.

On a floured surface, roll the dough out and fold into thirds. Rotate the dough and fold again. Repeat a couple more times. Then chill the dough for another 20 minutes.

Cut the dough in half and roll out into long rectangles. Cut the dough into small triangles and roll into crescents.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 10-12 minutes or until golden.

These Easy Homemade Croissants are one of my favorite recipes to make from scratch. Serve them up for your next Holiday or any day of the week!
