Everyone needs an easy lunch to make for your kids for Easter! Holidays like this always take much of a parent's time and margin so simple ideas that go a long way are always welcome in our house. Between making Easter dinner, planning when we will go to church, and also hiding eggs of course, we still want to send some fun lunches to school.
I shopped for most of this food at our local ALDI but you can find all of the ingredients at your local grocery store. If you want to switch out any items, there is plenty of Easter-themed food being sold at the store right now. For example, use whatever dipping sauce your kids enjoy, don't feel stuck with Ranch. To make the white cheese rabbits, I just used small rabbit-shaped vegetable cutters. For the Easter eggs, I drew the design using food coloring markers on the yogurt-covered raisins.
Ingredients: Turkey hot dog, hot dog bun, white cheese, carrots, celery, nut-free spread, ketchup, ranch dressing, yogurt covered raisins, food coloring markers, broccoli, Spring-themed popcorn, and gummy rabbits.
So hop on over to your local store to pick up these ingredients and make your kids a super fun Easter-themed lunch to take to school!
