Mac and Tuna Cups

Ingredients:

2 Cups Cooked Macaroni, roughly chopped.

1 Cup Broccoli, finely chopped

2 Cups white button mushrooms thinly sliced

1 teaspoon extra Virginia olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Vegetable seasoning

2 Cups White Sauce (seasoned with seafood flavours)

1 cam Tuna in Salt water, drained

1/2 Cup diced cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons cheese spread

2 Sliced Sandwhich Ham, roughly chopped

3 Tablespoons full cream milk

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degree.

1. Sauté the broccoli and mushrooms in the oil on medium heat. Season with freshly ground black pepper and vegetable seasoning.

2. Add macaroni to a bowl and add the vegetables. Add the white sauce and mix to combine.

3. Add the ham, cheddar cheese, Tuna cheese spread and milk. Mix well.

4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin liner in a muffin pan.

5. Top with more cheddar cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
