
Tuna mayo rice, with any ingredients on hand that you want to add.
A healthy and tasty meal that is super quick and easy to put together.
Prep time: About 30 minutes
Rice
White rice, brown rice, any rice you prefer.
Tuna mayo
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tablespoons of mayo (Kewpie or Ottogi)
- A dash of salt and pepper
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well, refrigerate for later use.
Scrambled eggs
- 1-2 eggs per person
Scramble them however you like it.
Teriyaki onions
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin (can be replaced with cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of sugar)
- Slice onions into thin slivers.
- Saute on medium heat until onions are soft, slightly transparent and caramelised.
- Add soy sauce and mirin, and stir fry for a few minutes on low heat.
Any vegetables you prefer
Broccoli, cauliflower, bokchoy, for your daily vegetable intake.
Or none at all lol.
Toppings
- Korean laver seaweed
- Kimchi
Optional toppings but these go extremely well with rice, I promise.
Assemble everything and voila!
