- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup Holland House Red Cooking Wine
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- Fresh parsley for serving
- Flake sea salt for serving

Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Wait until it foams and then the foam subsides. It will begin to brown slightly.3 tablespoons unsalted butter
