A virgin Mojito, sometimes cleverly called a Nojito, is a mocktail version of the classic Mojito cocktail. The truth is, this refreshing minty cocktail doesn’t need alcohol and is just as refreshing without it.
It’s like a minty limeade that is perfect to serve at summer parties, barbecues and brunches.
This is my favorite mocktail recipe! It’s light, sweet and super flavorful! Kick it up a notch by using our Mint Simple Syrup as your sweetener.

Tips for Making the Perfect Nojito
- A non-alchoholic liquor is not necessary. Unlike many mocktail recipes, simply omitting the rum is enough to create an equally delicious virgin cocktail.
- Always buy extra limes when making lime juice as they can sometimes be a bit dry.
- Fresh mint leaves are an essential ingredient and there really is no substitute, so make this recipe when you have fresh mint leaves available.
