We’re coming right up on Memorial Day weekend and you know what that means? Grilling – anything and everything! This week’s meal plan also has a few fun Summer breakfast ideas and great picnic foods to enjoy outdoors to kick off Summer!

Notes from this week’s meal plan:

Grilled Citrus Chicken Drumsticks

Easy Grilled Steak and Chimichurri

  • I love to serve this grilled steak with french fries or these grilled sweet potatoes!
  • Use frozen fries to make this dish in a flash.

Breakfast Popsicles

  • To get popsicles out of molds run under hot water for a few seconds.
  • You could do with any fruit jam or fruit, strawberries work nicely because they’re sweet.
  • If you like a sweeter popsicle consider adding 1 tbs of honey.
  • These popsicle molds work great!

Grilled Pineapple Chicken Burgers

Healthy & Filling Grilled Chicken Green Goddess Cobb Salad

  • The bacon can be baked or cooked in the microwave or on the stove top – whichever method you prefer.

Antipasto Skewers Recipe

  • If you can’t find marinated mozzarella balls, you can use Italian salad dressing to dress plain mozzarella balls.
  • For salami, I like using Sopressa or Genoa
  • You can use smaller wooden skewers if you’d like to yield more skewers
